WHAT ARE HOLIDAY MINI SESSIONS?
My Holiday Mini Sessions are designed to be an easy and economical opportunity to capture your year end holiday family portraits for your holiday cards as well as providing prints and speciality items that make awesome holiday gifts for friends and family.
You can either use the High Resolution Digital Images from your package and create your own holiday cards and gifts or I will gladly create the perfect holiday card with the photographs from your session. Our Holiday Cards are printed on luxurious fine art paper and come with envelopes.
High resolution digital CDs give you unlimited gift possibilities! Here are just a few ideas:
- Print images from your favorite store or online vender (www.mpix.com is recommended) and frame for beautiful, inexpensive gifts to family and friends
- Create personalized 2009 calenders (www.shutterfly.com is recommended)
- Create Coffee Table books (www.blurb.com is recommended)
- You can even create your own Holiday Cards or have me do them for you and receive 20% off additional sets or prints
- Shutterfly also has lots of little fun gifts like ornaments, personalized story books, notebooks, notepads, keepsake boxes, and even totes…imagine how cute with your very own picture on the front!
My Deluxe Packages are only $250 which is a savings of over $400 from my normal session and print fees!

HOW TO BOOK A HOLIDAY SESSION:

Your non-refundable Session Fee is required to hold your appointment time. You will be invoiced via email. Visa, Master Card & Paypal are accepted. SESSION TIMES & AVAILABILITY:
Holiday Mini Sessions are scheduled in 30 minute Time Slots and are at a pre-determined location that I will post here and also on my blog. Please note that each Family Session is ONLY 30 minutes. We ask that you come to your Session at least 10 minutes before your scheduled Session Time - fed, clothed, cleaned, and ready to go….. If you are late, your session will ONLY last for the amount of time left. Sorry no refunds. I will do my best to fit you in if you are late but please understand that my scheduled sessions are back to back and it would not be fair to another Family Session to impose on their scheduled time slot. You may choose to wait or come back at the end of my scheduled sessions if there is enough time.
If you are not available for a Holiday Session during my posted times, please call (352.870.8898) or email me at laurel@laurelhousden.comto check my availability for a different time. I have limited availability but can sometimes fit in a 30 minute Session either at the Haile Plantation Village Center, Hampstead Park, or Town of Tioga Park, during the day between 10 and 2 or the afternoons from 4-6.

HOW TO ORDER PRINTS & PRODUCTS:
Basic Holiday Package Clients: Within 2 days from your Holiday Mini Session we will send you an email with a link to your private gallery which will include 10 proofed images and the special HOLIDAY DISCOUNT CODE to receive 20% off any additional prints and products from your gallery. You will have ONLY 14 days to place your order before your gallery is taken down. During this time you will need to email Laurel the IMAGE ID of the proof you would like to keep as your High Resolution Digital Copy and the Image ID you would like printed as your FREE 8 X 10 Print. Yes, you may choose a different Proof for your FREE print. Cool huh! If you would like to purchase Holiday Cards from your Gallery you may choose any proofs from your gallery to use in your cards. Each Holiday Card is different. Some Cards will have only 1 Picture and some can have up to 6. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your 8 X 10 Print but your CD of your High Resolution Proof will be ready ASAP. Just call to make an appointment to pick up at my home studio in Haile Plantation.

You will have ONLY 14 days to place your order before your gallery is taken down. During this time you will need to choose your Holiday Cards and pictures you would like added. Please allow 2 weeks for your 5 X 7 Proof Prints & Holiday Cards but your CD containing all of the Proofs from your Gallery will be available ASAP. Call me to set up a time to pick up at my home office in HailePlantation. You may purchase additional cards and prints from your gallery using your 20% Discount Code.

TERMS (please read)
- Holiday Mini Session Packages are non-refundable. There are no substitutions in the Holiday Packages. You may of course add to it with your 20% discount.
- Holiday Sessions can only be cancelled due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances beyond client’s control. Client will be given credit to use towards another 2008 Holiday Mini Session or Session Appointment between the dates of November 1st 2008 through April 15th 2009 (and not towards a Holiday Session due to photographer’s limited availability during the holidays)
- If Holiday Session is cancelled by the photographer due to weather or unforeseen circutmstances, you will be given an option to reschedule with predetermined mini-session date or be refunded 100%.
- No wardrobe changes. The Holiday Sessions are only 30 minutes so there is no time for that.
- Clients will receive an on-line gallery with 10 proofed images
- DON’T BE LATE!! Please be waiting and ready for your appointment time slot. The Holiday Sessions are only 30 minutes, and if you are late you might just miss your appointment!
- Please be courteous of the appointment proceeding and following you. You would want the same courtesy.
- ORDER ASAP! Within 1 Week from your Holiday Session date your on-line Gallery will be available and hosted for ONLY 14 Days. The 20% Discount is good for items purchased from your Holiday Session ONLY. Please keep in mind for the Holidays that your order will take 2-3 weeks for print, packaging, and delivery.
- Holiday Cards. You may use as many of the proofs from your gallery that will fit on the Holiday Card Template you have chosen - even if you ordered the Basic Holiday Package. Once your order has been placed you will receive a proof via email of your Holiday Card. Please check proof thoroughly. Email Laurel back with an “ok” or any changes that should be made. Laurel Housden Photography is not responsible to reprint any mistakes overlooked by the client.
- Laurel Housden Photography will store your images for one year. You may have your gallery reposted anytime within that time from for $35.
- Due to the nature of the products, there are NO Refunds.
